Q. How Do I Find What I am Looking For?
The best way to find what you are looking for is to go to the left hand navigation bar and click on the type of product you are looking for. When that page comes up you can then scroll through the products to find what you are looking for. There may be more than one page of of products to look at. Another way is to go to the right hand navigation bar, scroll down the bar until you find what it is you are looking for. You can also go to the keyword search box on any page and type in the product you are looking for. If we handle the product that page will come up on your screen.
Q. Where can I find your site map,contact us,privacy policy pages?
If you look at the top lefthand side of each page you can find our contact page along with other primary pages. Also if go to the righthand side of each page you will find each and every page on our website. Just scroll down the list until you find what it is you are looking for.
Q. How can I place an order?
Our shopping cart program makes ordering simple and hassle free. Once an order is placed, a confirmation and order number wil be sent to the email address you provided. You can also call us with your order or send it by email.
Q. Will I get support after I buy something?
When you buy from YourFamilyFunCenter our goal is to stay in touch to let you know how your order is progressing. We will contact you at least weekly until you receive your order. Additionally, once the order ships we will contact you to let you know it is on its way to you. If ever a problem arises, you are never on your own. We will be there to help work out the problems. We will coordinate with the shipping company or the manufacturer if any product is damaged. We believe in personal and individual attention because we understand that buying a trampoline is an expensive decision and you want assurance that all will go well. Our goal is to make you a satisfied customer.
Q. What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, or Discover Card, and also personal check . Payment is expected at the time of your order. Personal checks will be cleared thru bank before shipment is mailed.
Q. What is the CVVII code asked for during ordering?
After entering you credit card information you will be presented with and empty field with the words CVV(II) Number. On Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Cards the CVV(II) number is a 3-digit number printed in the signiture block on the rear of the credit/debit card. On the American Express cards the CVV(II) number is a 4 digit number which can be found on the front of the card.

Q. How much does it cost to ship my items?
We offer our products at an affordable price with reasonable shipping costs. Where you see many online merchants offering free shipping, this really isn't the case. In actuality the shipping is bundled into their price.
Q. How long before my items ship?
Normal processing is 24 to 48 hours from the time we receive the order. Normal delivery is 7 to 10 business days.
Q. What is the return policy?
- Products may be returned within 15 days of your receipt of purchase.
- The merchandise must be in excellent, saleable, "as-new" condition, in original boxes, with original packing materials.
- Within the 15 days of purchase we will refund your purchase price minus all actual shipping costs (both to and from your location) and minus a 25% restocking fee (including applicable tax, if any).
- All returns must have a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
- To arrange for a return you must call our phone number toll free inside the U.S. at 1-877-204-5771 to get your RMA Number
- Authorization number must be clearly marked on the box (s) or the return will be refused.
- Credit will be issued only after the merchandise is received and inspected.
- THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF ITEMS DO NOT QUALIFY TO BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND:
- Damaged or defective goods which will be replaced with the same at no cost, EXCEPT when damaged by the freight line, which YOU will be responsible for filing the claim.
- Promotional items which were provided free of charge.
- All items under $50.00 each, such as replacement parts, etc..
- Items attempting to be returned "freight collect".
Q. How much space do I need around the trampoline?
You will need at least 2-3 feet on each side.
Q. What age is appropriate to use on a trampoline?
Anyone from active tots to healthy grandparents.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will refund your purchase price less the cost of shipping back to you. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
